Granite sheet (standard size)
Circular saw block cutting – assembly line production – inspection – protection – packaging
Stone slab reprocessing
(1) Backward (cut along the back of the stone according to a certain angle and size) – it can be performed by the edge trimmer.
(2) Upside down (cut along the front side of the stone according to a certain angle and size) – 5*5 and above are performed by edge trimming machine, hand processing and splicing, 5*5 and below are performed by hand processing and need to be polished are performed by hand.
(3) Positive grooving (cut U-shaped, V-shaped or semi-circular grooves on the front edge of the stone according to a certain depth and width or at a certain angle) – the edge trimming machine is performed, and the hand processing is flat and spliced. Manual processing is performed.
(4) Back grooving (cut along the edge on the back of the stone according to a certain depth and width) – the edge trimming machine is performed, and the polishing is performed by hand.
(5) Side polishing (polishing the side of the board) – multiple pieces of the same specification can be polished together by hand grinding, and those with more complex specifications are processed by hand.
(6) Corner cutting (cut on the front of the board according to a certain angle to make the board surface into a specific geometric shape) – the straight line shape is performed by the edge trimmer, and if there is a curved edge, it is performed by hand or water jet.
(7) Hole opening (holes of various geometric shapes are opened on the board surface) – it can be completed by drilling machine, water jet or hand machining according to the needs.
(8) Adhesive edge (in order to make the thickness of the edge of the board compound special requirements, the front or back of the board is pasted along the edge of the long strip) – manual processing execution
(9) Semi-circular edge, 1/4 round edge, duckbill edge, French edge, etc. (specific shapes are processed on the edge of the board according to the special requirements of customers to enhance the decorative effect) – grinding wheel processing with specific shapes – hand processing leveling, splicing, polished
(10) Parquet (using a variety of colors of stone to form a certain plane pattern) – water jet cutting – hand processing, assembling, bonding – hand grinding and polishing
